General Information :
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within [2 – 10] business days of the date of your order. Business day mean Monday to Saturday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on [Sundays].
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Delivery Location :
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in India.
[ We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in India only ]
Any shipments outside of India are not available at this time.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simple add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.
Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Shipping charges :
Free Home delivery and COD available in Chennai surrounding only ( Purchase Amount above Rs.1500 )
For pincodes that starts with “600” in Chennai, shipping charges will be 50/- upto 1 kg above 1kg addtional shipping charges 40 per kg (up to 5 kgs). For orders above 5 kgs standard shipment charge of 150/-, above 10 kgs standard shipment charge of 200/- will be charged upto 30kg.
For other districts in Tamil Nadu shipping charges will be 60/- upto 1 kg, above 1 kg addtional shipping charges 40 per kg (upto 5 kgs). Above 5 kgs, parcel will be sent through MSS Parcel or any other nearby parcel services and the user have to collect the parcel at respective parcel service. A standard delivery charge of 200/- will be charged. COD not available above 5 kgs.
No door delivery for orders above 5 kgs rest of pincodes that starts with “600” in Chennai surrendering.
For Karnataka, shipping charges will be 70/- per kg (up to 5kgs). Above 5 kgs, courier will be sent through KPN or any other nearby parcel services and the user have to collect the parcel at respective parcel service. A standard delivery fees of 400 will be charged. No door delivery for orders above 5 kgs.
